How Much Time Are You Spending On Your Smart Phone?

Ahhhh…smart phones.  Look how much we rely on these things these days.  Am I right?  How many times do you catch yourself looking at your phone every day?  You don’t know because you are too busy looking at your phone.  Trust me, it’s an endless cycle.  We all use our phones for different things other than uh….making calls.  Seems to be the norm these days.  If we had these things when I was in school, I would have been crushing candy rather than listening to a boring history lecture.

There is an app called “Moment” which tracks exactly how many minutes you spend on your phone each day, including how many time you unlock your phone.  I tried this and found the numbers to be astonishing.  I was using my phone a lot more than I thought.  Well, my wife noticed how much time I spent using the phone and I guess I can say the same for her.  Check out more information on this subject here
