In this edition of CNY Bands That Rock, we hear original music from John Keller.

John Keller, the owner of Off Center Records, is also a musician. He's produced 7 full-length CDs and 2 Christmas CDs. He performs from Boston to Clevland and Toronto to Pittsburg and all points in between including Albany and Syracuse. Some of his local spots include Tramontane Cafe and Woodland Brewery.

Keller can add another feather to his cap as he recently had one of his songs titled 'One Drink Left,' chosen for the comedy-horror movie House Shark. The movie is out of Syracuse with Ron Bonk of SRS Cinema and has it's World Premer in at the Nightmares Film Festival in Columbus Ohio.

The first original tune Keller sings for us (video above) is 'Travis.' It's about a dog that's trying to find his way home. This song was the #1 most requested song 2 weeks in a row on Belgian Radio. The second one we hear (video below) is called 'Captive Audio' which kinda came around as a joke. Someone was trying to say captive audience but kept saying captive audio and Keller was told to write a song about that, which he did in about 20 minutes.

We are pleased to partner with Big Apple Music in CNY Bands That Rock. Big Apple Music is a proud supporter of local musicians and bands.
