Chowdown with Chip – Thursday 1/27 – Are you passing your bad diet habits down to your kids?

Kicking your soda habit could make your kids healthier. University of Iowa researchers found that when people stopped drinking soda and removed it from their homes, their kids drank less soda, too. Laroche, M.D. and sometimes, those messages last a lifetime. (Men's Health)
