An Idea For Leftover Turkey

If your house is anything like mine, there is still turkey around, however, you hopefully have at least moved it to the freezer by now.  Hopefully. 

We did  a pretty good job eating up all of the sides, but we couldn't quite get through all of the turkey, so there is plenty leftover.  Well, at some point, take that leftover turkey out of the freezer and give this simple recipe a try.
