OptiGolf in Destiny USA Closed After Failing to Pay Back Taxes
They're dropping like flies at Destiny USA. First Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill moved out of the Syracuse mall. Then iHop was sued for back rent. Now OptiGolf is closed after being seized by the state for back taxes.

OptiGolf is behind $14,000 in taxes according to Syracuse.com. The indoor golf simulator business was one of the first announced for the Destiny USA expansion in 2012.
Toby Keith's I Love This Bar unexpectedly closed after having issues with back rent and $250,000 in back taxes.
Cowboy Saloon will move into the space left vacant by Toby's bar. It's expected to open early in 2016.
iHop, which remains open, is facing a lawsuit with Destiny USA over $23,000 in back rent.
Bon-Ton announced they'd close their doors at Destiny USA in February when the lease expires. The anchor store has been in the mall for 21 years.
