The Masonic Care Community in Utica held its annual Veterans Day Celebration today.

The Oneida County Office Building is lit in green in honor of Veteran's Day.

Today we celebrate our Veteran's. Thanks to them, we get to enjoy our freedom each and every day. Also, today we thank those currently serving defending our freedom. Part of the celebration, you will see the American flag flown proudly. Does the flag need to be at half staff or half mast though?

As we celebrate Veterans Day on Friday, many veterans will gather on Saturday at the New York State Fair for the annual CNY Veterans Parade.

Coming up on Friday November 11th we will be honoring Veteran's on Veterans Day. They will be able to enjoy plenty of deals and free items here in Utica, Rome, and Syracuse. That’s the least we can do to thank the men and women who have served our country in the United States military.

This year on Veteran's Day, celebrate by fishing. Here in New York it has been designated a "Free Fishing Day" across the whole state.

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation has announced free admission at Prospect Mountain Veteran's Memorial Parkway.

Veteran's Day weekend is just around the corner, and once again The Good News Center will be selling flag sponsorships to honor service men and women everywhere.
