New York Air National Guardsmen from the Eastern Air Defense Sector in Rome will be helping NORAD track Santa Claus and his reindeer on Christmas Eve.

Eleven years ago, the U.S. Air Force technicians and officers of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) worked hard to defend the nation’s air. In recent years books, movies, and documentaries have shown the world their work on that day.
