Paul McCartney isn't the only rock legend to play Syracuse so far this year. Utica's Joe Bonamassa played the Landmark Theatre back on March 11th and he rocks the house.

As far as tribute albums go, the upcoming Deep Purple ‘Re-Machined: A Tribute to Machine Head‘ should be a pretty solid effort. Sporting acts like Metallica, Iron Maiden, Chickenfoot and Carlos Santana, it looks as though no effort was wasted in getting some top performers.
