The Utica Police Department has released crucial details in both homicide investigations that began over the weekend.

A 27-year-old Utica man has been identified as the victim of a fatal early morning stabbing on Rutger Street.

Anthony R. Dibella (age 51) is under arrest as the prime suspect in the April 28, 2022 murder of his sister, 67-year-old Wanda T. Paoli, of Lyme, New York.
