There are a list of reasons that you should buy local. I took to the Clinton Farmers Market earlier today and found that the hardworking vendors should be of top priority.

One advantage of living in central New York, is that we are surrounded by many farms that grow fresh, local produce. You can buy all those homegrown goodies this weekend and support our local farmers at the Oneida County Public Market on Saturday.

I am a huge fan of farmers markets. I have been to many farmers markets stretching from Utica to Rochester, and everywhere in between.
