Brothers Nehemiah A. Clark and Jeremiah A. Clark, both from Grand Gorge, New York, are facing charges for an alleged series of break-ins and thefts.

It was an animal cruelty case that gained considerable attention almost two years ago in Central New York when a former town of Franklin man was arrested on animal abuse charges and running a dogfighting ring.

Azmat was issued appearance tickets and directed to appear in the Town of Franklin Court on Feb. 27
