Horse Injured, Hit and Run Driver Allegedly Hits Buggy in Marcy
A horse pulling an Amish buggy was injured in an apparent hit and run on Route 12 in Marcy, NY on January 18, 2022. The driver, Sammy Hershberger, was not injured.
