The freshest food from the farm, handmade arts and crafts, live entertainment, activities for the kids, and much more are coming back to a popular village green.

Shout out to the Village of Clinton for finding a creative way to support the restaurants in their town. They've agreed to add a dining area to the village green.

But there is some good news for other area farmer's markets.

The opening of outdoor farmer's markets is a sure sign on summer in Central New York. A few of the area's most popular markets are getting ready to kick off their summer season.

There are a list of reasons that you should buy local. I took to the Clinton Farmers Market earlier today and found that the hardworking vendors should be of top priority.

On this beautiful Thursday afternoon, I had a blast at the Clinton Farmer's Market. From fresh squeezed lemonade, homemade baked goods, kettle corn, and gyros galore, there was no shortage of food or local produce available on the crowded Village Green in Clinton. I had the pleasure of meeting David Steinbach from Iron Hoof Farm, located in Lee Center, NY.
