Signs of Gratitude and Hope Spring Up in Central New York Village
In the midst of the coronavirus crisis, signs thanking essential workers are sprouting up all over Clinton.
The Clinton United Methodist Church on Route 12B is ground zero for messages of thanks and encouragement. Growing up out of the grassy lawn are signs thanking essential workers, doctors and nurses, and offering messages of encouragement.
There are so many people who deserve our thanks and gratitude during the quarantine - it's impossible to name them all. The Clinton United Methodist Church has come up with a ingenious way to say thanks: signs on their lawn.
Other homes in Clinton have followed suit, adding words of encouragement to their windows and lawns.
If you've seen signs of thanks, or have posted some yourself, please share them with beth@lite987.com.
