The Le Petite Puppy pet store in New York City's Greenwich Village has the misfortune of being surrounded by bars. Drunk customers have been stumbling into Le Petite Puppy after happy hour and buying a puppy. No more says store owner Dana Rich:

"We have to tell them to come back the next day and most of the time they never come back,"  - Newser.com

Employees are stressing how much work it is to own a dog and would rather lose a sale than send a puppy into an unsafe home.
