Jimmy Kimmel’s 3rd Annual Halloween Candy Prank Plays On Kid’s Emotions

Harmless or cruel? As a parent of three kids and a bit of a jokester myself I can see both sides of this argument and while I don't make it a habit of playing with my kids emotions, it does happen from time to time and they always 'forgive' me and don't forget, they have their own ways whether they do it on purpose or not of returning the favor. I laughed my butt off one second and went 'aww' the next right along with the studio audience. Watch!
