Do you remember picking up for first copy of People magazine with Mia Farrow gracing the cover? The year was 1974, and Jensen was king in the UK. 

Jensen Motors began in 1934 as a family collaboration between two brothers, who bought the coach-making company they worked for when its owner died. Their real recognition came when American actor, Clark Gable commissioned their company to produce a custom car for him. Their work was brought to international attention, prompting Ford Motor Company to collaborate with the brothers on an automobile model. The Jensen-Ford was the result with Jensen-made bodywork on a chassis designed by Ford.”
