A new report says that Central New York is the worst places for dating in the entire US.

If you didn't have a happy Valentine's Day you might be living in Syracuse, New York. This is the city where love goes to die, wow now isn't that encouraging. A new report released by Apartmentlist.com ranked the heart of Central New York as the most heartbroken city in America, less than 15% of single people are satisfied with the dating scene in the Salt City.

According to the New York Post; Syracuse is the worst city for finding love--in terms of dating satisfaction--by a huge margin. The second and third worst cities are Bridgeport, and New Haven, Connecticut with 21% and 25% satisfaction, respectively.

The average city sees 42% of single satisfied with their dating scene. That's almost three times better than Syracuse. The winter weather is probably the culprit here as the snow lasts too long. Conversely, Millennials are moving out of the Northeast heading to warmer climates. Oddly enough Rochester, NY was named one of the best cities for dating with 52.8% satisfaction among singles.
