Every man’s ideal dream usually involves a woman in a bikini, and food. Well that dream was lived in Seattle when a pair of vegetarian activists handed out meatless treats to pedestrians, only wearing lettuce bikinis.

Our ladies in green were sent by PETA in an effort to get people to turn over a new leaf when it comes to dietary choices. They handed out samples of soy jerky to make their points. While the message they wanted to deliver was that going meat-free would make you feel in the pink, they were probably feeling a little blue themselves, since the temperatures peaked in the high 30s.

“According to the Environmental Defense Fund, if every American skipped one meal of chicken per week and substituted vegetarian foods instead, the carbon-dioxide savings would be the same as taking more than a half-million cars off U.S. roads,” PETA wrote in an online statement touting the free jerky giveaway.
