Thanks to March Madness and an off the cuff advertising ploy where the company was probably not planning on handing over free food, we get to enjoy a belly full of free pizza!

Little Caesars said if 'crazy happened', like the number #16 seed beat the #1 seed during the NCAA March Madness Tournament they would give away free pizza. Well, 'crazy happened' on Friday night as seed the University of Maryland Baltimore County (16th seed) knocked-out (#1 seed) University of Virginia with a final score of 74-54.

Turns out Little Ceasers is generously living up to their end of the deal on April 2 between 11:30 am - 1 pm. You'll receive a free lunch combo, a $5 value that includes a "deep deep" personal pizza and a 20-ounce Pepsi product of your choice. There is no purchase necessary, one per family, while supplies last and the promotion stops at 1 pm sharp. Check out official rules here.
