TLC will air it's pilot episode of "Bakery Boss" on May 27th. This is a new show for Buddy where he travels to different bakeries in need of a makeover and some major changes. In the hour-long special Buddy will head to Frankfort to help a family with its struggling family bakery.

According to the Utica OD, one of the bakery’s two sheeters – machines doesn’t work and the other is slow and inefficient. Buddy will step in and save the day.

"Dysfunctional machinery and the expenses to fix it are only some of the problems the bakery faces, owner Joseph Viti said."To positively say that we would be able to stay open, with the conditions of the machines and the expense to fix it …” Viti paused and reflected on the longevity of his family’s 52-year-old shop."
