If you've been dreaming of thunderstorms dancing in your head, you may be in luck. It looks like this afternoon we could see some strong storms from Syracuse - Oneonta.

The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous weather outlook, the lowest level of alert so far as of 8:43AM:

"Thunderstorms will develop early this afternoon along and ahead of a cold front," the outlook says. "Some of these storms could become severe, with damaging winds and hail the biggest threats."

Eyewitness News Chief Meteorologist Rachael Witter says with the muggy weather we are experiencing this morning, it could be perfect for storms this afternoon.

Storms could arrive early as 1PM and last through the afternoon. These storms could have winds up to 60 mph, and possible hail. You can get weather any time, by Clicking Here.
