Wanted for criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, unauthorized use of a vehicle 3rd degree, harassment 2nd degree
KENNETH B. WILSON is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Endwell. In January 2014, Wilson got into a dispute with a known woman after he asked to use her car and she refused. He choked and kicked her and drove off with her car when she gave him the key. The car was looked a short distance away abandoned. In May 2014 the Town of Dickinson Court issued a warrant for his arrest. Wilson also has warrants for his arrest from the Binghamton Police Department and Vestal Police Department.

Chad M. Cassell is wanted on an Arrest Warrant issued in March 2017 from the Town of Malta Court for Criminal mischief in the second degree. After a domestic incident inside a residence, he intentionally caused damage to the victim’s property by slashing a mattress, bedding, and both personal and work clothing and footwear.

BRUCE R. DINGS is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant issued July 16, 2015, from the Town of New Haven Court. Dings is wanted for failing to appear in court regarding an arrest in September 2012, for endangering the welfare of a 14-year-old female.

Thomas A. Lenarcik Jr. was arrested on July 19, 2016, in the Town of Wayland. Subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop for speeding, Lenarcik was arrested for DWI. At the time Lenarcik was also in possession of a crack pipe.

IVELISSE L. DICKENS

Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance 5th degree
Ivelisse Dickens was arrested for the above charge after a vehicle and traffic stop in the Town of New Windsor. During the initial interview, Dickens provided a fake name. Further investigation revealed that she was in possession of heroin and cocaine. She was arraigned in the Town of New Windsor and remanded to Orange County Jail. Dickens failed to return to court and a warrant was issued for her arrest from the Town of New Windsor Court. She is also wanted by the Newburgh Town Police.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated
TERRY HOWARD is wanted by the New York State Police on an arrest warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. On June 9, 2009, Howard was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police for speeding. During the course of the Trooper's investigation, it was determined that Howard was intoxicated.
