Troop G, SP LATHAM
Wanted for driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree
Christina J. Keeter is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant from the city of Cohoes court for failure to appear related to the above charges. In August 2013, subsequent to a traffic stop, Keeter was found to be driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Her last known address was in Albany.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated
SAUD M. ALSUBAYAL is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. On May 18, 2014, Alsubayal was stopped State Police for multiple traffic violations. During the course of the Trooper's investigation, it was determined that Alsubayal was intoxicated.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated, move from lane unsafely, uninspected motor vehicle
Jeffrey Scott is wanted on a city of Rochester bench warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. Scott was arrested on I-390 in the city of Rochester for Driving While Intoxicated after being stopped for moving from his lane unsafely.

ATRAYU N. FELIX

Wanted for criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree
Atrayu Felix was arrested after a traffic stop on I-84 in the Town of Newburgh. Felix was found to be in possession of a switchblade knife and three grams of heroin. He failed to return to court and an arrest warrant was issued from the Town of Newburgh Court. He is also wanted by Beacon City Police Department.

Troop L, SP LAKE SUCCESS
Wanted for criminal contempt 2nd degree, unlicensed operation, traffic violations
Brandon Jean-Louis is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court. Jean-Louis was stopped for a traffic violation on the Northern State Parkway in 2016 and was subsequently arrested for the above charges. Jean-Louis was operating a Chevrolet with a passenger who had a stay away order against him at the time of the arrest. The defendant’s last known address is in Glen Cove, NY.

Wanted for unauthorized use of a vehicle 3rd degree
JULIAN R. SANDOVAL is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Whitney Point on a bench Warrant after failing to appear in court on the charge of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle 3rd degree. His Bench Warrant was issued by the Town of Lisle Court on January 9, 2017. Sandoval has a tattoo of the name “Vanessa” on his right forearm.

Wanted for failure to pay fines 
Dallas T. Spear is wanted on a bench warrant out of the Town of Crown Point Court for a violation of a conditional discharge after she failed to pay her fines subsequent to her arrest for Petit Larceny. Spear also failed to appear in court on April 13, 2017.

LEGRANDE COOPER

Troop K, SP POUGHKEEPSIE
Wanted for criminal possession of a controlled substance
LEGRANDE COOPER is wanted by the State Police in Poughkeepsie and the town of Pleasant Valley court following a pursuit on August 31, 2017. Cooper fled the vehicle he was operating after he failed to negotiate a turn on Masten Rd. and was involved in a collision. At the time of the crash, Cooper possessed crack cocaine. On September 1, 2017, the town of Pleasant Valley court issued a warrant ordering Cooper’s arrest.
