The City of Utica and the Adirondack Scenic Railroad is proud to welcome Thomas the Tank Engine to town for the weekends of June 19th-21st and June 26th-28th. One thing that is needed to make this event a success is local volunteers!

If you are the type of person who loves to put smiles on the faces of children, the this job is for you! There are plenty of opportunities including working at Imagination Station, Bubble Beach, with Sir Topham Hatt, or even with Thomas himself. If you are interested in spending some time working at this great event, feel free to contact Paul Kawam at 315-724-0700. You can also email him at volunteer@adirondackrr.com.

This event is being made possible because of The Adirondack Preservation Society and they are always accepting donations! This group operates the beautiful Adirondack Scenic Railroad as well. You can find more details on the "Day Out With Thomas Event" on the ADK Scenic Railroad's website.
