The New York Beef Industry Council was founded with two goals in mind: to raise cattle that yield the finest, most succulent cuts of beef available and to produce some of the healthiest food anyone can eat.
The New York Beef Industry Council is a non-for-profit organization that is funded by New York Beef Producers through the Beef Checkoff. The Beef Checkoff Program was established as part of the 1985 Farm Bill.
Promote and educate about beef and beef nutrition.
