We have Matt Brewing Company, Utica Greens, riggies, half-moons, tomato pie and much more. Quite a few of these made the list. Doesn't it make you proud when we're mentioned in national stories? It makes you take a step back and appreciate all that we have at our finger tips. Things that people from other areas wish they had. Sometimes I hear people putting down Utica for whatever reason and it frustrates me. For the size of our population we have a lot. We have our own Zoo, Museums, The Boilermaker, The Stanley, The Utica Comets, Colleges and Universities, fabulous restaurants and the most popular scene in Slap Shot! That's just off the top of my head. Remember I'm new to the area and I'm sure my list is only the tip of the iceberg. Enjoy reading about a few of the things Utica has to offer..
