UPD Investigating Homicide [UPDATED]

UPDATED 4:16 p.m.-  Utica Police have identified the victim of a homicide at 620 Kirkland Street as 54-year old Theodore "Ted" Talerico of Utica.

Chief Mark Williams says they're awaiting the results of the preliminary autopsy report before releasing the cause of death. Williams says they hope to receive that report sometime tomorrow.

He says police are actively investigating the case.
