It's official, a third contestant on Big Brother will now be fired for being racist on the show. 31 year old Spencer Clawson will lose his job from Union Pacific Railroad.

We reported yesterday that Clawson was already on leave, but it looks like Union Pacific is ready to part ways with him:

Clawson's employer, Union Pacific Railroad, has now begun the process of terminating the employment of the 31-year-old train conductor over his bigoted comments on the show. The company says it is looking into the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) terms with the transportation union that represents Clawson."

All three cast members who lost their jobs so far will not find out that they're unemployed until after they're evicted from the house. They better hope they win.
