UFO Spotted Over Laredo Texas On December 21st, 2012

Most thought the world would end on December 21st, 2012 because of the Mayans. It looks like the Mayans were wrong, but they aren't the first ones. But was the world visited by UFO's on December 21st? Here's a video from Laredo Texas that can't be explained.

One question if these are chinese lanterns how can they move so fast as they are. Is there a strong enough wind at that low level? Can someone check the weather for that day?

 

The wind on that day in Laredo was reported as 10mph between 12:56PM and 1:56PM.
