BLT sandwiches are a staple and quick go to dinner in my house. This is so cool. It's getting great reviews on turning out perfect. It looks easy enough. I'll be trying this soon.

Anyone remember saving the bacon grease and frying everything in it? My family had a big glass jar in the fridge that you had to screw the top on. Not a easy job if you spilled a little. What a greasy mess. Yuck. It was constantly being added to. I don't know that we ever got to the bottom of the bacon grease jar. I should ask my parents.
