Travel Advisory Issued For Madison County

The Madison County Sheriff's Office has issued a Travel Advisory for all of Madison County.

Sheriff's officials say roadways are snow covered and slippery due to heavy snow and windy conditions.

There are no travel restrictions, however, they say caution should be exercised by drivers if they must be on the roads.

And motorists are asked to give themselves adequate travel time and allow extra distance between vehicles.

The advisory will remain in effect until 4:00 Tuesday morning, unless it's extended.
