The “Reuse Store” In Madison Will Open In July
Do you love going to garage sales? Do you love turning one persons junk into your own treasure? Well now here in Central New York you have a place that will do just that for you.
According to WIBX, a new store expected to open in July will take one man’s junk and turn it into another man’s treasure.
The “Reuse Store” is a partner project of the Madison County Department of Solid Waste and the Rescue Mission Alliance of Syracuse. Madison County Recycling Coordinator Sharon Driscoll says it is hoped that the store will cut down on landfill items and provide low and moderate income families with a new way to shop.”
According to the report the store will be open three days a week at the Buyea Road Landfill site in the Town of Lincoln.
