The Great New York State Fair has added the Band "Collective Soul" to the lineup at Chevy Court.

Collective Soul will take the stage at 2 pm, Saturday, September 1st "Our commitment to a diverse lineup continues with the addition of Collective Soul, which brings some of the great rock songs of the 90's to the Chevy Court stage", said Acting Fair Director Troy Waffner.

Collective Soul rose to international fame in 1993 with the rock anthem "Shine". The multi-Platinum quintet has a catalog of #1 hits under their belts that have helped shape and define Alternative rock. They've sold over 2o million records worldwide and continue to average over one million Spotify streams per month. The band was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame in 2009. Their latest live album titled LIVE was released in December of 2017.

The Chevy Court is the home of up to 26 national touring acts each year. A diverse 2017 lineup, including performers and groups such as Migos, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Earth Wind & Fire, The Beach Boys and three Doors Down drew a total of 264,600 fairgoers.
