There have been a lot of Batman vs. Superman rumors floating around there on the internet. So far, we’ve heard rumors about Lex Luthor, Barbara Gordon, Doomsday, General Zod w/ Flipper Hands, The Joker, Jimmy Olsen and much more. But, none of those rumors are as ridiculous as the one Zack Snyder heard about Robin and he’s here to tell you it’s bulls——.

The on-screen battle of Batman vs. Superman will play out in theaters next year, but the behind-the-scenes battle may be playing out in the editing room as the two superheroes jockey for screen time in one of the biggest films of 2016. According to a new report, Warner Bros. executives have asked Zack Snyder for more Batman in the movie at the expense of the Man of Steel.

Noted Comic-Con hater, actor and apparently now writer, Jesse Eisenberg, appeared on NBC’s Today to promote his upcoming book of short stories “Bream Gives Me Hiccups” and talk eventually turned to Batman vs. Superman. It was at this point that Eisenberg, who plays Lex Luthor in the upcoming superhero movie, assured us all that not only is Batman vs. Superman a “phenomenal” movie, but that’s it’s also a “very serious” movie. To which, the entire universe responded with a resounding, no freaking duh.

Following the Batman vs. Superman info dump that came out of Comic-Con, we thought it might be a while before we saw or heard anything from the upcoming superhero movie. After all, we did get an extended new trailer, new images and a new poster. But today, we have three new Batman vs. Superman pics each showing off one of the film’s three main characters: Batman, Superman and Lex Luthor.

As revealed yesterday, Batman vs. Superman will have a major presence at Comic-Con. The entire cast will be there to show off new footage from the film, and if rumors are to believed, we’ll also have the new Justice League assembled on stage. But, if you aren’t going to Comic-Con this year (or you simply can’t wait another week), we have some good news for you: Warner Bros. has released five new Batman vs. Superman photos for your viewing pleasure.

Warner Bros. has planned one of the most ambitious trailer launches in history for their upcoming Man of Steel sequel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. On Monday, April 20, fans can attend a special event at IMAX theaters around the country where the new Batman v Superman trailer will debut after a special introduction from director Zack Snyder. They spent this week teasing that big unveiling with previews of the preview on Snyder’s Twitter feed. This was a carefully orchestrated media event.

It’s been teased and now it’s been confirmed by director Zack Snyder: The first preview for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice will debut on April 20 only in IMAX theaters at a “special teaser screening event” that will also include an introduction from Snyder. On Twitter, Snyder revealed exactly how to attend the event, and gave a brief taste of what’s to come:

A pretty wacky rumor sprung up over the weekend. It seems that, according to certain sources, the Batmobile from 'Batman vs Superman' had been stolen from the set, which meant that some car thief was driving around Detroit in their brand new tank. The rumor was quickly put to rest, but not before director Zack Snyder was able to joke about it.
