DELSEAN N. CUFFIE

Troop F, SP MONROE
Wanted for possession of a forged instrument 3rd degree
Delsean Cuffie was stopped in the Town of Monroe for a Vehicle and Traffic Law violation. While being interviewed by Troopers, CUFFIE was found to be in possession of marihuana. During a probable cause search of the vehicle, Troopers found nine credit cards in Cuffie's name. An investigation determined five of the credit cards were fraudulent. CUFFIE failed to return to court to answer the charges and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest from the Town of Monroe Court.

Wanted for criminal possession of stolen property 4th degree, petit larceny
Dustin J. Janik is wanted by the New York State Police and the town of West Seneca Court on an active bench warrant issued April 25, 2017, for failing to appear. On April 4, 2016, Janik used a stolen credit card.

Wanted for forcible touching, harassment 2nd degree
PEDRO LUGO is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant issued September 20, 2013, by Hannibal Town Court. Lugo is wanted for failure to appear in court to answer for the charges of Forcible Touching and Harassment in the second degree. He was charged on June 9, 2013, after an incident that occurred at a residence in the Town of Hannibal.

Wanted for criminal possession of a forged instrument 2nd degree
ARSENIO MARQUEZ is wanted by the State Police & the Town of Kinderhook Justice Court following a bank fraud reported to police in September of 2016. Marquez knowingly deposited a forged check into his National Union Bank of Kinderhook account and withdrew just under $1,000 from the account. In May of 2017, the Town of Kinderhook Court issued a warrant ordering his arrest. Marquez's last known address was in Albany. Wanted for grand larceny 3rd degree
Maria C. Rivera is wanted on a Bench Warrant from the Town of North Greenbush Court. She was convicted on the above charge in January 2013 and was sentenced to probation. She has since failed to appear for scheduled court appearances, which violates the conditions of her probation. She is wanted for failing to appear on the Grand Larceny charge and Bail jumping in the third degree.

JULIAN R. SANDOVAL is currently wanted by the New York State Police in Whitney Point on a bench Warrant after failing to appear in court on the charge of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle 3rd degree. His Bench Warrant was issued by the Town of Lisle Court on January 9, 2017. Sandoval has a tattoo of the name “Vanessa” on his right forearm.

RICHARD L. CASTLE is wanted by the New York State Police on a bench warrant for Driving While Intoxicated. On June 27, 2007, Castle was traveling on the New York State Thruway when he was stopped by State Police. During the course of the Trooper's investigation, it was determined that Castle was intoxicated and in possession of marijuana.

Wanted for driving while intoxicated, traffic violations
Derek Williams is wanted by the New York State Police and Nassau County First District Court. Williams was stopped for a traffic violation on the Southern State Parkway in 2014 and was subsequently arrested for the above charges. Williams was operating a white Ford at the time of the arrest. The defendant’s last known address is in Brooklyn, NY.
