According to an email from the Syracuse Food Truck Association, the mobile trucks have been banned from their Wednesday Food Truck Round-up at the Lyncourt Plaza.

Lyncourt Plaza, is near Court and Teall in the Syracuse suburb of Salina. The town claims they needed to shut down the Food Truck rodeo after complains from nearby businesses.

In an email shared on the Food Truck Association's Facebook page,

It's with heavy hearts we inform you that the Wednesday Round-up at Lyncourt Plaza has been cancelled. Unfortunately, one of the many challenges we face as Mobile Food Vendors is being seen as a threat to nearby Permanent Food Establishments. The SFTA received an email from the Town of Salina today informing us that they received a couple complaints from neighboring businesses and forced us to shut down.

The Food Truck Association says they are looking for a new location that has a large, privately owned parking lot.
