Symeon’s Spice Is The Bomb!

I've eaten at Symeon's on Commercial Drive many many times, and you certainly can't duplicate the fantastic food that they have there.  Why would I even try? However, I can create something quite delicious right at home using the Symeon's seasoning that I purchased from the restaurant.  That's right, you read that right, you can get Symeon's seasoning right at the restaurant.  All you have to do is go in and ask for it.  They already have it packed in this very attractive shaker.

The first time I bought this, I went absolutely hog wild with.  I put it on just about everything.  Unbelievable what a huge difference it makes when you put it on vegetables.

I've mixed it with olive oil and marinated pork chops, chicken, steak, among other meats.  It definitely makes my standard chops look like, well, standard chops.
