Strange News – Man’s Heart Is Partly In The Right Place

In Hastings , Minnesota , a man lost an envelope with $1,100 in cash on the way home from the bank and figured he'd never see the money again. Well, he was only 18% correct. A week later, $900 of the money was returned after the Hastings Police Department received an anonymous letter from the person who found the envelope. The person wrote that while he would have liked to return all of the money, he "really needed" $200 and was sorry for taking some of the money.
