Steering Wheels Are Coming Loose On Ford Fusions

Do you or someone you know drive a Ford Fusion? There's apparently a problem with the steering wheel, and it could detach while driving. 

A U.S. investigation is underway on the Ford Fusion for complaints of loose steering wheels and one that fell off.

USA Today reports a person in Georgia told the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that a steering wheel fell into their lap in a 2015 Fusion when turning into a gas station on Sept. 23, 2017. Three other complaints have been filed for loose steering wheels.

Although there's been no recall, the probe could impact about 841,000 midsize Ford Fusion sedans from the 2014 through 2016 model years.
