The infrared cameras that police helicopters normally carry played a big role in taking down Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was hiding in a dry-docked boat in a neighborhood just like yours in Watertown Mass. The boat owner noticed blood near the boat and alerted authorities. They swiss-cheesed the boat with bullets before storming it and captured him alive this weekend. He can't talk at all due to a gunshot wound to the neck that he sustained prior to being captured.
