Since Syracuse is known as the "Salt City," it's only fitting that they're serving up "Salt Potato Pizza," at the Great New York State Fair.

Toss 'n Fire food truck is known for using only the finest imported ingredients from Naples, Italy. They're always striving to make sure their food tastes just right, and you can enjoy it at the Great New York State Fair.

Nick Sanford is the owner of Toss n' Fire, and his wood-fired brick oven pizzas come in several unique varieties:  Cheeky Monkey, Fig n' Pig, and Green machine are just a few of their delicious creations.

They also make a pizza called: 'Cuse Salt Potato Pizza. The ingredients consist of smashed salt potatoes, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, and crispy bacon. Syracuse.com's Lauren Long went behind the scenes to watch how this Syracuse original is made.

Toss 'n Fire is located  between the new Kiddieland and the back of the Agriculture Museum at the Great New York State Fair in Syracuse. Mangia, mangia!
