After a years absence, the Rome Catholic School Festival will return with a new location on the grounds of Mohawk Valley Community College's Rome Campus with an entrance off Bell Road.

Just as you would expect there will be amusement rides and games and of course fair food that you would expect at the festival. New this year is the addition of corporate sponsors and musical entertainment with three groups signed to play so far.

The festival has been an annual event for over 40 years and had been at the former site at cypress street. The festival is a major fundraiser for the school and was not held in 2017. RCS's tried to hold the festival in 2017 but ran into scheduling problems including not able to find a ride vendor for the festival. That problem was solved this year with Main Event Amusements of Solvay providing rides for the festival.

The festival will be from 5 - 10 pm on May 11th, noon - 10 pm, on May 12th and noon - 5 pm on May 13th, Admission is free. on the grounds of Mohawk Valley Community College's Rome Campus.
