The Rolling Stones will be honored with a special tribute concert at Carnegie Hall in March. The tribute will celebrate the 40th anniversary of iconic rock band's release of "Hot Rocks 1964-1971". The show will feature a variety of musical aritst putting their own stamp on the Stones' hits: 

The concert will feature 21 artists playing the 21 songs from the album and takes place 48 years after the Rolling Stones made their 1964 Carnegie Hall debut. The first batch of artists scheduled to perform include: Rosanne Cash, Steve Earle, Glen Hansard, Rich Robinson, Carolina Chocolate Drops and The Mountain Goats. - JamBands.com

The concert set for March 13, 2012 will also raise money for music education programs for underprivileged youth.
