Don't have tickets to any of the Rolling Stones' '50 and Counting' shows? Don't feel like forking out $40 to watch the big 'One More Shot' pay-per-view event on Dec. 15? The E! Network has something that might console you, or convince you to change your mind.

The network has announced 'Live From the Rolling Stones,' a one-hour special that might be the most affordable thing connected to the Stones' 50th anniversary celebration. Scheduled to air at 8pm E.T./5pm P.T., it's set to feature "exclusive interviews" with Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood, as well as "all the pre-show action and excitement" going down behind the scenes while the band gets ready to take the stage at the Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.

E! News co-host Terrence Jenkins will serve as the anchor for the show, with 'Chelsea Lately' panelist Ross Mathews popping up backstage and E! News correspondent Alicia Quarles handling what the network is calling "arrival excitement." They'll be joined by network exec and author Bill Flanagan, who has interviewed and written about countless artists; he's being billed as the evening's "expert on the Rolling Stones."

As we previously reported, the 'One More Shot' pay-per-view special will air live during the Stones' Dec. 15 concert, and is available through most major cable providers for a fee of $39.99.
