Ringo Starr Will Not Perform With Paul McCartney At 2012 Olympics

Former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr has denied rumors that he will reunite with Paul McCartney for a performance at the 2012 London Olympics.

Starr put rumors to bed that the two remaining Beatles would perform together when he told Sky News, “I'll be touring America so I won't be doing it." - The Celebrity Cafe.com

The rumors not only had Ringo and Sir Paul performing together again but they would also be joined by the sons of the late Beatles' John Lennon and George Harrison. That rumor has yet to be confirmed or dismissed.

Starr and McCartney haven't performed together since a benefit concert in 2009.
