Rick Springfield Is In Central New York!
Even if Vicki Calgano, “Jessie’s Girl,” Rick Springfield is no longer interested. Today in fact, he’s singing a new song: “Don’t Bump the Strangers.”
The 80’s pop star appeared in a Syracuse court room yesterday for allegedly injuring a woman with his BUTT while crowd surfing during a concert at the Great New York State Fair back in 2004. Vicki Calgagno is suing Springfield claiming she was injured and knocked out cold by his REAR END.
Calcagno claim's Springfield's backside caused "serious, disabling, and permanent injuries." And, this caused her to lose consciousness.
The Original trial was back in November of 2013 but the judge declared a mistrial due to the media’s exploitation of this case. Yesterday a new jury was chosen comprised of six females and two males.
The retrial resumes today and we wish Rick the best. Whatever the END result, we’re BEHIND him, no ifs ands or BUTTS about it!
