Rachael Witter’s Update On Hurricane Matthew Affecting CNY

Eyewitness New Chief Meteorologist Rachael Witter gives us an update for Hurricane Matthew.

Rachael tells us on its current path, Matthew would have no impact on CNY. "It is currently a Category 3 storm located north of Cuba. Max winds of 120 mph. It has weakened a little from yesterday. The newest path has it taking a turn to the east which would only bring impacts to the Southeast before it heads back out to sea. The forecast path has changed significantly from yesterday, as tropical systems are highly changeable."
