The Fulton County Sheriff's Department responded to an accident for this illegal action.

We've been talking about this NYS Law now we can see why it's important to obey it. Fulton County Sheriff Richard Giardino is reminding drivers to clean off your vehicle before your commute. The vehicle and traffic law 1229-e states you must clear your car of snow, sleet and hail before taking it on the road. If caught doing so could land you an $850.00 fine.

Thankfully no one was injured, but as you can see, there was a lot of damage to the car. Hmmm, we wonder how much was the driver who didn't clean his car was fined?
