SCEA has just given word that they'll be releasing their PlayStation TV with about 700 games available at launch. Get your thumbs and credit cards ready.

On the PlayStation Blog, John Koller, the VP of Platforms Marketing for SCEA, announced that the PlayStation TV will be available on Oct. 15 in the U.S. and Canada. At launch, players will have access to games like Killzone: Mercenary, Persona 4 Golden and even PS One Classics like Metal Gear Solid. He also announced that Adventure Time: The Secret of the Nameless Kingdom will become available on both PlayStation TV and PS Vita in November, also promising that Minecraft will make its way to the platform in the near future.

The console that's capable of streaming games from PlayStation Now and playing PlayStation Vita titles (both downloadable and physical cards), will sell for $99.99. You'll also be able to stream your PlayStation 4 games using Remote Play over a wired connection. PS One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4 games? All they need are some choice PlayStation 2 titles and boom!

For $139.99, you can get a bundle that includes a DualShock3 Wireless Controller, an 8GB memory card and The Lego Movie Video Game. An exclusive bundle at Walmart will be available for the same price and will also include Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time.
